At Kenya Monique, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Because some of our items are made through production partners and drop shipping suppliers, orders may take additional time to prepare before shipment.
Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing, production, and shipping. In many cases, orders may arrive sooner, but delivery times can vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, shipping carrier delays, and seasonal demand.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping time may vary depending on the item ordered and the shipping destination. Since some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, certain items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Estimated delivery timeframe:
- Up to 30 business days
Please note that this timeframe includes production, processing, and transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation has been sent.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive on different days depending on supplier location, inventory, and fulfillment times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and selected delivery method, if applicable.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to:
- high order volume
- supplier delays
- carrier delays
- weather conditions
- holidays
- incorrect shipping information
- circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at kenyamoniqueministries@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you before your order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at kenyamoniqueministries@gmail.com. Be sure to include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you on the next steps.
Digital Products and Event Tickets
Some products sold on our website, such as digital items or event tickets, do not require shipping. These items will be delivered electronically or confirmed by email and will not be subject to shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
